Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Incorrect shipping information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays or carrier transit time.

5. Tracking Information

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors or local delivery office.

If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We may need to work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you review the situation and available options.

10. Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Take photos of the shipping box, label, packaging and damaged item.
  • Keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed.
  • Do not dispose of the damaged item before contacting support.
  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, refund or other solution after review.

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately due to product availability, warehouse location or carrier arrangements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

12. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned to sender due to customer error, incorrect address, unpaid customs fees or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or handling fees may apply.

Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs and other applicable charges.
